Our Commitment

RoomStamp is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. RoomStamp targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all public and authenticated surfaces.

Measures Taken

• Automated WCAG auditing on every HTML response via server middleware
• Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
• Screen-reader announcements for dynamic content updates
• Focus management in modals, overlays, and tab panels
• Semantic HTML landmarks (<header>, <main>, <nav>, <footer>)
• Descriptive labels on all form inputs and interactive elements
• Color-contrast compliance (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
• Reduced-motion and high-contrast mode support
• Skip-to-content links on every page

Known Limitations

• Third-party payment embeds (Stripe, BTCPay) are presented within iframes; we provide visible text alternatives and ARIA labels for these sections.
• Some brand-customized color themes may fall below contrast thresholds if configured with low-contrast combinations; we validate and warn during theme setup.

Assessment Approach

RoomStamp assesses accessibility through a combination of automated HTML auditing, manual keyboard navigation testing, and screen-reader verification. Our internal compliance dashboard is available at /dashboard/accessibility.
